Early Bird: stag or hen goes FREE for large groups · Free cancellation & full refund on most events up to 72 hours before

Refund policy

Last updated: 6 November 2026

Plans change, especially with groups. This policy explains what happens if you need to cancel or if an event cannot go ahead. Not all events can be refunded, so please check the table below before you book. The terms shown on an event before you pay, and on your ticket, come first if they are different.

Cancelling up to 72 hours before the event starts

You can cancel up to 72 hours before the event's start time. What you get back depends on the event:

EventIf you cancel in time
Heatwave Magaluf Boat PartyYour deposit is refunded
Bottomless Brunch at Barbuda BeachFull refund
Gringos BingoFull refund
Pirates ReloadedFull refund
El Blade Private SpeedboatSpeak to the boat company

Sports Car TourSpeak to the tour company

Where it says to speak to the company, the operator runs its own cancellation terms and any refund comes from them. Ask your booking host if you need their details. For any event not listed here, the cancellation terms are shown on the event before you pay.

Cancelling within 72 hours, or not turning up

Inside the 72 hours, tickets are not normally refundable, because venues and operators will already have committed to your place. The same applies if you do not attend, or arrive after the event has started.

If you cannot travel

If your flight is cancelled or you cannot travel, tell us as soon as you can and keep any evidence, such as the airline's notice. Most tickets are covered by our money-back guarantee, and your host will confirm whether yours is. We will always try to move you to another date or event if that helps.

If an event is cancelled or changed

If an operator cancels an event, including a boat cancelled because of weather or sea conditions, you can choose a full refund or move to another date or event where one is available. If an event changes significantly, such as a different venue or a much shorter session, we will tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.

Groups and GroupPay

  • If one person drops out, only their ticket is affected, and this policy applies to that ticket.
  • Refunds go to the person who paid, using the same payment method.
  • The hen or stag goes free offer needs 10 or more paying guests. If cancellations take your group below 10, the free place may no longer apply.

When a refund does not apply

Venues and operators can refuse entry, for example if someone is under 18, has no valid ID, is too intoxicated to take part safely or breaks the venue's rules. Tickets are not refunded in these cases.

How to cancel

Contact your booking host, or use our enquiry form, and give the name on the booking and the event. Your cancellation counts from the time we receive it. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Bookings with other companies

Airport transfers are booked directly with KiwiTaxi, and hotels with Booking.com or the hotel. Their cancellation terms apply, and refunds come from them, not from us.

Your legal rights

Under EU and Spanish consumer law, the usual 14-day right to cancel online purchases does not apply to leisure services booked for a specific date or period. This policy gives you the cancellation rights set out above instead. Nothing here affects any other rights you have by law.
